Status Report
For each class week during the Implementation Phase, you will submit a Status Report worksheet. This brief report summarizes what you accomplished and what challenges you encountered during the week.
Status Report Worksheet
Please download the following worksheet to complete a Status Report. To be sure your browser downloads the file instead of trying to open it, right-click the following link and choose “Save As,” “Save Link As,” or similar language from the menu. (Each browser is a little different in what wording it uses.)
After downloading the worksheet, I suggest renaming the file based upon the week for which you are submitting a report. You will have one of these files for each week during the Implementation Phase.
Editing the Worksheet
To the edit the Status Report worksheet, you need to use a word processor that can handle Microsoft Word files. I recommend LibreOffice, as it is free, open source, and does not contain invasive tracking features. However, you can also use Word Online in Office365, which the University has licensed. Be aware that Microsoft is likely collecting information about you when you use Word Online.

Submitting the Status Report
After you’ve finished editing the Status Report for the week, save your work, and then export the completed worksheet to a PDF file. Upload the PDF file as the submission to the Moodle assignment activity for the current week’s Status Report.
