Purpose

Annotated bibliographies are often used in research. To create an annotated bibliography, one begins by locating sources and creating a basic bibliography from those sources. As each source is reviewed, notes are added to the bibliography to summarize what the source contains. Annotated bibliographies are often created manually, which can be a tedious process.

Since TealSite already has preliminary support for custom notes attached to bibliographic entries, it would be fairly straightforward to generate the HTML for an annotated bibliography. Adding this support is a planned TealSite feature.

Scope of Work

Implement the frontend code required to generate an annotated bibliography from the existing note data. The scope of this project is limited to producing the annotations, as the bibliographic references themselves are formatted by different components.
