I’m Dr. Mike Murphy, Associate Professor in the Department of Computing Sciences at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina, USA.

My latest research activities are in the areas of digital privacy, digital forensics, and anti-forensics. I have previously worked in the areas of Cyberinfrastructure, distributed systems, sensor networks, and geosensing for environmental and hydrological applications. Some of my work also involves computing science pedagogy and education.
