The Precious Parasol

Represents the Buddha's crown likened to an umbrella above his head. Offerings from the Parason are a wish that all beings can be liberated from suffering and achieve happiness.

The White Conch Shell

The conch shell is blown as a warning sign during war. The Buddha's Dharma has the same warning effect on all sentient beings. Signifies the awakening from slumber of ignorance.

The Golden Fish

Also known as the Buddha's wisdom eyes, used by him to look upon all beings with compassion. symbolizes hope that ignorance will be dispersed.

The Knot of Eternity

Symbolizes boundless and permanent awareness of the Buddha, the unity of wisdom and compassion, the wish that all beings attain enlightenment.

The Vase of Great Treasure

Signifies the hope that all beings achieve truth of the teachings of the Buddha.

The Victory Banner

Represents completion of Buddhahood.

The Lotus Flower

The White Lotus represents the Buddha's tongue, with which he speaks the Dharma.

The Eight Spoked Wheel

Represents the Eightfold Path and that the Buddha "turns the wheel" when he speaks the Dharma.
