• that since leaving the service he has resided at Etna PA & Canton Ohio.

• Elsewhere in document, Mulhholand was spelled "Mulholland."
• Elsewhere in document dated Jan 24, 1921, Charles Wilson King was noted as deceased in list of children.
• That he did have a grandson Lewis King of Aspinwall Penna. In said World War [I], cannot state his service and he does not claim anything on his service.
