Translator. Germans from Russia Heritage Collection.
- Translated German language documents into English and edited them for publication. Most documents were personal letters from ethnic Germans living in Ukraine during the Terror Famine of the early 20th century, and were written in a German-Russian dialect composed primarily of German with a scattering Russian and Ukrainian nouns. The letters exhibited age-related damage, and were printed in Fraktur or handwritten in cursive script, all of which added extra layers of challenge to the translation.

As a librarian I have created marketing graphics for the UT Arlington and Kimbel libraries.
