For Art Submissions, please understand that any and all artwork left in the Archarios Offices past the judging period is no longer the responsibility of Archarios. Therefore, we are not liable for any damages or loss of submitted artwork at that time.
We strive to produce a publication of professional quality and content, and we expect the same attitude and respect for your work and others in this regard. Please direct any questions about our magazine or policies to jtshanks@g.coastal.edu.
Thank you for your help in making Archarios an award-winning magazine!
There are a few ways to submit to Archarios this year.
If you have pieces that come under the heading of Art and Design we ask that you bring the pieces to our offices between 9am - 5pm during the week of February 20-24 and we will have a student photographer available to shoot your pieces. This allows for you to always be the one handling your own art.
If you are submitting pieces that come under the heading of literature you can download the submission form from our site, fill it out, and email your submission in a .doc attachment with the filled out submissions form attached as well to jtshanks@g.coastal.edu.
If you are not able to submit it digitally please come by our offices upstairs in the Lib Jackson Student Center, rm 204B, and submit it by hand to a member of our staff.
